Hey friends and newcomers! I'm Candice...I'm an L.A. based personal trainer with my roots stemming from Racine, Wisconsin (born and raised). I have a passion for health and fitness and my goal is to help as many people as I can navigate through their fitness journey. With more than 15 years of experience, my aim is to help people from all walks of life succeed, feel good, and enjoy fitness while setting realistic, achievable goals. My focus it to create routines that are specific to the individual while being mindful of how age and lifestyle plays into a workout routine.

I've been working in the fitness field as a professional trainer for over 15 years in the Los Angeles area. My mission (and passion) is to help individuals like yourself increase fitness and health awareness to those who are looking to either start or continue their fitness journey.

My clients range from youthful 20s to their active 70s. Whether you're a newbie or at an intermediate level with your workout status, a new mom who's needing a confidence boost after giving birth, you're just interested in good health overall when it comes to taking care of your body, you've come to the right place.
